Bluetooth PAN Network Base Address

Allows you to define the base PAN (Personal Area Network) IP (Internet Protocol) Address for the radio, as well as the PAN IP Addresses for data-capable Bluetooth devices connected to it, in order to provide IPv4-based networking capabilities over a Bluetooth link. This selection applies on a radio-wide basis.

The radio creates a pool of ten IP Addresses to be distributed to the various linked PAN "clients", starting at one greater than this address. For example, when this IP Address is 192.168.132.1, the ten lease pool addresses are 192.168.132.2 to 192.168.132.11.

When the Bluetooth Enable field is "Enabled", and

when the radio is not LTE Broadband capable, and

when the radio is model / option capable.

This IP Address and its ten lease pool IP addresses must not match any other IP Addresses defined for the radio; otherwise, the CPS considers this value invalid.

The First Octet:

Must be between: [1-223]

The Remaining Octets:

Must be between: [0-255], and

The last octet is not configurable and is fixed at "1"

This IP Address's Default Value = 192.168.132.1
